Being a fan since pretty much the beginning, it was a pleasant reveal that with this record the band reached yet another level of complexity and structural songwriting. A phenomenal album & must-buy! Kilian Stakemeier

I became a big fan with there first album and it got heavy rotation in my evening listening sessions. Every track is stellar and unique in itself. Astodan has the unique ability to bring both raw and controlled emotion and power within every song. I will be purchasing this album and their new live album on wax shortly. Astodan has become not only my favorite band right now but their music is in all my playlists. If I could see one band before I die, this is the band. Frederick Jones

I first heard Pillars when I attended Post. Fest 2018 to hear Heron play (I have 2 talented nephews who are members of that band). I thought the guys in Pillars sounded tight and awesome. This album, CAVUM, just proves even more so that I was correct! My favorites on the album are Dissolution and Black Prayer, but plenty of excellent sounds here! Kenneth Blick

This is the most amazing post-rock discovery I've had in a long time. How have I not heard of this band previously? I have been listening to this and their other album for days straight after first listen. Amazing, deep, powerful. Words don't do justice. Listen and lose yourself in this. zeuslyone
